Highschool tutoring for mentally challenged Act score was a 21 Even tho I do not live in the Ames area if someone wants tutored around Mason City or Ames I am willing to commute to them. I want to be a tutor because I love kids and helping kids. Also I want to be a teacher once I'm done at Iowa State and I think this would be a wonderful job to get me comfortable with kids. I've taken Algebra, Algebra 2, Elementary Algebra, and Intermediate Algebra. Along with composition and speech 1 and 2, Marriage and family, Introduction to Sociology, and Native American History. I was on the school news paper and year book in high school. I was nominated and let into Quill and Scroll National Honor Society.

I love reading and writing, I have my whole life. I also love sports and being outdoors. I love kids and think I am able to relate to them in some way or another. I love to joke around but when its time to be serious about stuff I am. I learn in many different ways so I would teach them how to do things different ways if possible
